یاسین جاویدان، جوانی از رشت، پس از تسخیر پایگاه بسیج فلکه گاز با تیر جنگی مستقیم به سینه، سر و گردن کشته شد. همیشه با شوخی میگفت: بعد از انقلاب تنها عضو گارد جاویدانم که فامیلیام هم جاویدانه. خانوادهاش از نظر مالی در مضیقه بودند و با فشار از آنها امضا گرفتند که بسیجی بوده، اما در مراسم خاکسپاری، خانواده و همراهان شعار «جاوید شاه» و «قسم به خون یاران» سر دادند.
Yasin Javidan, a young man from Rasht, was killed after seizing the Basij base at the Gas Roundabout by a direct live round to the chest, head and neck. He always joked: "After the revolution I'm the only member of the Immortal Guard whose last name is also Immortal." His family were financially strained and, under pressure, were made to sign that he had been a Basiji, but at the burial ceremony the family and companions chanted "Long live the Shah" and "By the blood of the comrades."
