According to information received by Iran International, Arshia Ahmadpour, an 18-year-old boxer and resident of Baharestan, Isfahan, was killed by gunfire from security forces during protests in that city on January 9, 2026. According to one of his relatives, Arshia was originally from Izeh and worked as a barber in Isfahan.

Videos received by Iran International show relatives mourning and a memorial ceremony for Arshia Ahmadpour, one of the Immortal protesters. He was shot dead by agents of the Islamic Republic in Baharestan, Isfahan, and was buried in Izeh.
