Rozita Rokhzadeh, an auto mechanic who posted videos of herself working on the social network Instagram, is another fatality of the national uprising who was shot dead by suppressors on 18 Dey (8 January 2026). Rozita Rokhzadeh had previously made her stance toward the Islamic Republic clear by publishing critical posts; she had compared the ’57 revolutionaries to people who “burned a Benz so they could drive a Quik on installments.”
