The fortieth-day memorial of Immortal Moein (Hamid) Mazaheri, a nurse at Milad Private Hospital, was held in Tiran County, Isfahan Province. Moein Mazaheri was killed on 9 January 2026 while helping the wounded in the streets of Isfahan, shot directly with live ammunition by agents of the Islamic Republic; he had been carrying a backpack containing dressing supplies. A note was found in his backpack that read: “By order of the Shah of Iran, soldier of the Immortal Guard, wound care specialist.”
