بر اساس گزارش رسیده به سازمان حقوق بشری ههنگاو، شامگاه جمعه ۱۹ دیماه ۱۴۰۴، رحمان خورسندی، شهروند ۵۸ساله و از جانبازان شیمیایی جنگ هشت ساله ایران و عراق، در جریان اعتراضات مردمی در خیابان ۲۹ غربی فردیس کرج، با شلیک مستقیم گلوله جنگی توسط نیروهای تک تیرانداز جمهوری اسلامی ایران کشته شد.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Human Rights Organization, on the evening of Friday, 9 January 2026, Rahman Khorsandi, a 58-year-old citizen and a chemical-warfare veteran of the eight-year Iran–Iraq War, was killed during public protests on 29 West Street, Fardis, Karaj, by a direct shot of live ammunition fired by snipers of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
